Preschool Program Descriptions
Our programs are tailored for children ages two to five. Research shows that children who attend an Early Childhood Education program (preschool) are more likely to be ready to be ready for school, gain important foundational skills for later academic areas, have stronger social-emotional skills, and have better outcomes throughout their lives. At The Magical Garden Preschool, we recognize the importance of a high-quality program for the developing child and help them gain the skills for a smooth transition into kindergarten laying the foundation for later success.
Placement in our program begins with a conversation between families and the school.
Toddler Program

Friendly Foxes is for children who are 2 (by August 1st) through 2.11+ years old. This class offers a great opportunity to gently introduce your child to preschool. Children also participate in weekly yoga classes, and bi-weekly animal shows all included in the tuition.

Home visits are offered as an optional part of the program for first-time preschoolers to ensure a successful and smooth transition into the program.
The times and dates of visit are arranged between the child’s teacher and the parents. Children do not need to be potty-learned to enroll in this program. Families and/or teachers may initiate a conversation as soon as a child shows readiness to begin potty learning and will be given the proper support and encouragement.

This class is for children at least 3 (by August 1st) through 5.11 years old. This class provides a nurturing and challenging environment with a stronger academic focus for developmentally ready children. Children also participate in weekly yoga classes, and bi-weekly animal shows allincluded in the tuition.

Camp Programs
June - July
Summer Camp
Though we are a year-round program, our emphasis changes to a summer theme in June (when the formal school year ends) through July. Thisprogram will serve children ages 2-6. It is open to children in the community as well as our students. Camp Dates: TBD.
